Weekend Camping Resets Body Clock

I know this article from BBC News is going to interest some and then there will be others who read it and still don't want to go camping.  And, there will be plenty who don't read it at all.  That's okay.  If you've gotten this far then maybe if anything, it will at least inspire you to spend a little more time in natural light and less time under or looking at artificial light.  If you struggle with insomnia or not getting enough rest.. maybe you should consider camping? Or maybe glamping and just cutting the lights all off..
