The Creative Brain on Nature

It is redundant to say that being in Nature is good for you.  In my busy life I need reminders as to why it is important.  At this point in my practice I cannot help myself I just go out and connect - I just can't help myself I am so naturally curious. But, on a busy day sometimes I forget the importance that is just under the surface of my curiosity.  My health and my creativity.  Both thrive when I am able to give more time to my connection.  I am also more productive if I stop, go out, wander or connect.  When I do I can easily come back to my tasks because I am more inspired to do good work.
