First harvest of the season. On its way to become herbal teas, tinctures, seasonings, and delicious greens.
It reseeds every year. I enjoy it's color, but have never used it much in the kitchen.
This year, I've decided to use it in the kitchen. The flavor is milder, but it makes a beautiful herbal vinegar for salads and other dishes.
