Almost Heaven 2023
Life might be described as a ride through time and space, so what better theme for an exhibition than one that invites work depicting facets of life in motion! From literal rides (bicycles, horses, trains, planes, surfboards) to figurative rides (through the years, through parenthood, through wars, through happy times or politically challenging times), quilters can find ways to depict movement and action in their work.
This exhibit captures life’s exciting rides using textiles and thread.

::A Connection to Place::
JANUARY 16/6:00pm
opens at the Winterville Cultural Center
Really excited to share my passion in this beautiful place with my friends. Please mark your calendars and plan to join me. (Tell your friends)
This will be the most Art Quilts I have ever shown at one time in one place. Some new. Some older. Many borrowed from those who have commissioned or purchased my work.
(A big thank you to them for allowing me to use the pieces - when you only manage four projects at best a year it’s tough to fill a whole gallery).
