Went on a wander rather than a sit in the drizzle today

It has been a busy couple of days... And there has been a lot of rain. I didn't manage to get to my sit spot early this morning - I needed the extra sleep today. When I finally made it my body felt the exhale...
A silent sigh followed by gentle relaxation washed over me as yet another drizzle of rain passed through all while the wren in the southeast sang.
The highway is roaring with folks going home from the football game and I am sitting here silently sighing.

I think by now with the number of days of rain we have had I wouldn't be able to maintain sitting - even though I love the rain - if I didn't have the roof of the the tree house over my head.

There is not much to report on other than more rain... Took my knitting with me today since I haven't gotten to the store to get the right bird seed yet... I promise my friends I am going.
