This morning
the flicker was proudly announcing
the arrival of the Coopers Hawk
followed by the mobbing
of the Hawk
by the crows.
The crows were adament that it needed to move on out
today.

guided
by the Coopers Hawk.

The sky was so strange this morning
followed by a day of unseasonaby warm weather
and blue skies
peeking through
after
gray skies,
Merry Christmas!

Rain
rain
and more rain.
Puddles
all over the yard,
Standing water in the garden,
happy birds flitting
from the freshly filled bird feeders.
Such a strange weather day
for December.
